Exchange & Refund Policy

WHAT IS SURTEEZ RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

  • When claiming for a return or exchange, you have 7 days from the delivery date.
  • When delivered, the item(s) are flawed, damaged, or defective.
  • The item(s) must be brand-new, sealed in its original box with all labels and security tape still on them.
  • The item's size is different from what was ordered.
  • If your order is for graphic tshirts, We take advance payment like 5-10% if your order is above 8000+because of print on demand format.
  • Replacement charges (Rs.300) will be applicable.

HOW DO YOU APPLY FOR THE RETURN?

Please take note that although we charge ZERO for sending you back, consumers are liable for the cost of returning the things to us.

  • White, Neon and Beige/Skin colors cannot be exchanged.

DO YOU OFFER REFUND? 

  • Yes, we offer refunds if the product is damaged or if the packing workers made a mistake and the item you received does not match the one you bought.
  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable in the event of a refund.
  • The minimum processing time for refunds is 7 to 10 business days.
