Return & Exchange Policy

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

You have seven days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange if:

  • At the time of delivery, the item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective.
  • The product(s) must be unused and in their original packaging, complete with labels and protective stickers.
  • The product received is not the correct size.
  • We take advance payments on custom made orders.
  • No Returns & Exchange on Clearance Sale.
  • Refund amount of your product will be process in 7-10 working days.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE RETURN?

  • Within 7 days of delivery, you must notify us by writing to help@surteez.com or calling 0319-0328248. Surteez examines each dispute on an individual basis and strives to be fair to both parties.
  • In the event of a defective/faulty/damaged item, a replacement will be sent. Before any claims can be processed, you must email photographic evidence of the defective item to help@surteez.com within 7 days of purchase.
  • Please keep in mind that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. Note: Replacement Charges of Rs.350/= will be applicable.
  • In addition, if a defective piece is received by the customer, the cost of delivery will be reimbursed via bank transfer.

WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?

We aspire to process all returns within 5-7 business days of receipt.
Please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed during busy sales events.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON SIZE EXCHANGE?

  • If you are dissatisfied with the size you ordered and would like to receive a different size, you may return it to SURTEEZ by contacting us via email at help@surteez.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The product(s) must be unused and in their original packaging, complete with labels and protective stickers.
  • White and neon colors cannot be exchanged.

Do you offer REFUNDS?

Yes, we do refund if the product is damaged or if the packing staff made a mistake and the product received does not match the product you ordered.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded in the event of a refund.
The refund must be processed within 7-10 working days.

SALE & DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS RETURNS

Exchanges during a sale or on a discounted product are only possible if packing staff made a mistake and the product received does not match the product you ordered.
Certain scenarios make it difficult for us to support returns and exchanges. Examples of such scenarios include, but are not limited to:

  • The exchange request is made outside of the time frame specified.
  • The product has been harmed as a result of use.
  • The item had been tampered with.
