Shipping Policy

At Surteez, we strive to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the following shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • For graphic t-shirt orders above PKR 8,000, we require an advance payment of 5–10% due to our print-on-demand format.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • For returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for Rs. 350/- replacement charges, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Local Delivery (within Pakistan): 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Please allow extra time during sales, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be sent via email or SMS along with your tracking number (if applicable).

  • Tracking details will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Custom Orders

  • We accept advance payments on custom-made orders.

  • The delivery timeline for custom products may vary depending on the nature of the design and production. Estimated timelines will be shared during order confirmation.

Delivery Delays

  • Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, courier issues, or extreme weather conditions.

  • Surteez is not responsible for delays caused by the courier but will assist in tracking and resolving any issues.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please make sure all shipping details are accurate when placing your order.

  • Surteez is not responsible for packages lost or undelivered due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email photographic evidence of the issue to help@surteez.com.

  • If the claim is approved, we will send a replacement, and delivery charges will be reimbursed via bank transfer.

Important Notes

  • No returns or exchanges are available for clearance sale items, mystery boxes, or special deals.

  • White, neon, and beige/skin-toned items are not eligible for size exchanges.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the product was delivered defective or incorrect.
