Deliveries in Karachi and Lahore are done within 2-3 days.
All other cities take 3-4 days to deliver.
Delivery charges are Rs.190. Free delivery for orders above 2000.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

For graphic t-shirt orders above PKR 8,000, we require an advance payment of 5–10% due to our print-on-demand format.
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

For returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for Rs. 350/- replacement charges, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

If the claim is approved, we will send a replacement, and delivery charges will be reimbursed via bank transfer.
Important Notes

No returns or exchanges are available for clearance sale items, mystery boxes, or special deals.

White, neon, and beige/skin-toned items are not eligible for size exchanges.

Exchange & Refund Policy
When claiming for a return or exchange, you have 7 days from the delivery date.
When delivered, the item(s) are flawed, damaged, or defective.

Our standard shipping time is 3-4 working days.

3. What are the payment options?
We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards as well as cash on delivery (COD) for online purchases. As soon as you place your order, we will email you an invoice in PDF format.
4. What are your delivery charges?
Free delivery on all orders over Rs2000.
5. Do you accept returns and exchanges?
If the product is unopened and not included in any promotions or discounts sales, we accept returns and exchanges for any items within fourteen days of delivery. All of the original packaging and labelling must still be present on the items.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Before your order is completed or verified by our customer service team, you can cancel it at any moment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and text message with the tracking information as soon as the order has been sent.
7. What is my size?
For your convenience, we have size charts for every product on our website. Our sizes typically fit true to size, but oversized goods are noted with the product. Each product's size chart includes an inch conversion.
8. Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Pakistan. We will start international shipping very soon.
